Group Practice: Is it right for you?

Doula group practices come in all shapes and sizes. What works wonderfully in one group might be disastrous in another. This workshop is an open discussion of how to create the group practice that is right for you. In addition to discussing a variety of business models, this workshop helps you think about what you want from a practice, how to determine compatibility in a business relationship, communication, money distribution, call schedules, and more.
